3: Solomon answered all her questions; nothing was too hard for the king to explain to her.

When the queen of Sheba heard of Solomon's reputation, which brought honor to the name of the LORD, she came to test him with hard questions.

Then he explained to them, "You have been permitted to understand the secrets of the Kingdom of Heaven, but others have not.

I will give you what you asked for! I will give you a wise and understanding mind such as no one else has ever had or ever will have!

saying, "Praise the name of God forever and ever, for he alone has all wisdom and power.
He determines the course of world events; he removes kings and sets others on the throne. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the scholars.

I thank and praise you, God of my ancestors, for you have given me wisdom and strength. You have told me what we asked of you and revealed to us what the king demanded."

When she met with Solomon, they talked about everything she had on her mind. Solomon answered all her questions; nothing was too hard for him to explain to her.

God alone made it possible for you to be in Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made Christ to be wisdom itself. He is the one who made us acceptable to God. He made us pure and holy, and he gave himself to purchase our freedom.

Yes, the king will give us peace of mind again.' I know that you are like an angel of God and can discern good from evil. May the LORD your God be with you."

He did it to place the matter before you in a different light. But you are as wise as an angel of God, and you understand everything that happens among us!"

I will lead blind Israel down a new path, guiding them along an unfamiliar way. I will make the darkness bright before them and smooth out the road ahead of them. Yes, I will indeed do these things; I will not forsake them.
